Company Overview

Xploits Consulting Ltd is a Strategic Management, Environmental Management and ICT Services Firm located in Abuja, Nigeria. We provide a diverse portfolio of environmental-consultancy services all over Nigeria. From landmark Environmental, and Social Impact Assessments (ESIAs) to local, one-off environmental-management solutions, we leverage our in-depth knowledge and expertise and share best practices to add value to our client organisations and reduce their risks. Our technical experts can assist with any environmental concerns a client may have.

The company was registered in 2008 and became operational in November 2009 working with a few clients in strategic and business planning, project management and environmental management. We are also partnering with some of our associates in GIS and Environmental Management. The company has in-house competencies and also maintains an external and credible network of competent professionals and partners. Xploits Consulting Ltd is an accredited firm with Abuja Environmental Protection Board (AEPB), Federal Ministry of Environment (FMEnv) and National Environmental Standards and Regulatory Agency (NESREA).

We support clients in demonstrating their environmental compliance with regulatory requirements for Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs), Environmental Audits (EAs), Environmental Management Plans (EMPs), or any other environmental obligations that they may need to fulfil.

The Team

Dr Tayo Taiwo

Managing Partner

Dr Tayo Taiwo earned a B.Sc. in Geology from the University of Ibadan in 1990, a Master of Technology in Geology from the Federal University of Technology in Minna in 1998, and an advanced Certificate in Geographic Information Systems from ITC Enschede in the Netherlands (2004). He received a doctoral degree from the National Defence Academy's Postgraduate school in 2018. The geoscientist has over 20 years experience in Project Management, Environmental Management, Database Management, Geosciences, Research and Development.

Ojo Daniel Oluwatobi

Research and Development Associate

holds a BSc in Geography and Environmental Management from the University of Abuja and is enrolled in the same university's Environmental Resource Management (ERM) master's program. He has extensive expertise in supporting clients in Nigeria with environmental safeguards services and has been doing so for more than four years.

Dr Kunle Taiwo

Director

Dr Kunle Taiwo, who oversees the organization's international arm, has a PhD in information systems from Universiti Utara Malaysia. He has worked on numerous IT projects in a wide range of industries.

Aleshinloye Farouk

Socio-economist

Holds a BSc in Political Science. Mr. Farouk is skilled in using social economics theories and methods to research and examine factors influencing economic development as well as conditions related to human development. On issues including the status of women in development, population increase, the development of human resources, and child poverty, he has conducted study and provided advice.

Grace Ninma Agbayi

Head of Communication

Holds a BSc. In Mass Communication from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. She has worked with the Cross River State Broadcasting Corporation and Society for Family Health in Abuja, and Right Enforcement and Law Centre (REPLACE).
